Appointments

We have two convenient locations: Houston and Beaumont. At both, we offer extended office hours and promise to see you within three days of calling for your appointment. Even then, we understand that some back pain just can’t wait, so we are glad to see you on the same day if necessary. We also offer service on Saturday. A written diagnostic report will be provided to your referring physician within 24 hours.

  2. Complete all Patient Information forms and bring them with you to your appointment. These allow us to keep our information updated and to clearly understand your pain condition so that your appointment has the best outcome. Click on the links in the Patient Forms box to print these forms.
